We have been trying to recover from these issues that after learning of the initial stages of these crimes, i can with great regret tell anyone who would like to avoid,what my wife and i were not prepared for. We began to understand the seriesness and damaging effects of identity theft. I personally learned that my accounts and personal affairs , had been compromised and dated back as far as 2002. This included checking accounts, I.R.S tax returns, and medical care. My banking accounts were being compromised, where money has been stolen. My identity being used to obtain loans, purchase vehicles and to gain employment. Important documents were taken from our mail box creating numerous issues concerning proceedings associated with our daughter and our children. As one can easily began to get the picture of this crime that i only began to share what has become a major part of the last several years now. We my wife our children have suffered greatly and continue to be experiencing financial hardship along with physical and mental anguish, that is beyond compression. Our lives greatly impacted by what we have experienced. We worked hard many years establishing and utilizeing better than average credit reports. I can report that we neither one of us have credit that would allow this as of todate. As we continue to repair what we wasn't aware of could happen in the first place. And although one prepares and plans for there retirement and all the available things for when we are older. We never imagined or had we prepared for the seriesness of what i have stated above and lastly the reason im filing this complaint with the BBVA USA today. As i will exsplain the dissatisfied and disappointment from business and/or the exsecutives that may or may not understand everything that one or ones family and the hardships that caused issues with a number of matters whether directly or indirectly. And how that these very agencies and their respective executives with all due respect profit without any regards to the reported crimes of identity theft cause and create. Or the many issues that if handled correctly would possibly remedy and resolve any issues arising out of what ever the circumstances may be in relation to the crimes against a client or prospective customers. Long story short it appears that alot of agencies continue to profit from the identity theft crimes being committed. The disappointing part of this crime is the victims are left to clean up the mess where there is not much support or knowledge that restore the negative effects and /or impact that restore one back to pre identity theft status.
