They cashed the check, loan was paid off. they sent the money back to my bank, repossesed the car, sold the car at auction for $1,000.00 then without going through any lawsuit. After 2 years I requested a copy of Equifax for another matter surprised to see they had this listed as an unpaid bill. this caused loss of a lot of business deals , I have rental property $2,200.00 per month plus wages of $48,500. per year. There was no need to do what happened.”
