February 10th, our phone did not work anymore with our number. They set it up with a new number unbeknown to us! No one came the morning of the 11th either! So with very great frustration, I called CenturyLink, the 11th, 12th, 15th, 17th, 18th, and 19th and as of February 22 no one can still dial my telephone number. Charter is scheduled to come out tomorrow to try and fix it so the number (my original) will work again. I was so upset I was in tears. Out of all the people I spoke with at CenturyLink, only the lady last Friday was trying to help me. She didn't blame me one bit that I went back to Charter. One of the CenturyLink reps even tried to sell me TV, unbelievable-- calling that none of my services worked and she still wanted to sell me TV!!!! I believe they are a horrible customer and to get help is impossible. So whatever they did on February 10th and it is now February 22nd no one can call my phone, they will continually get a busy signal. I own a catering business and some customers call on my land line versus my cell phone. Still so upset how a big huge corporation can be like this. On a side note I was also trying to get internet at my commercial kitchen . They couldn't get anything right!
