Numerous attempts by ADT to correct the problem over 6 months from the fall of 2017 to the spring of 2018 resulted in my termination of ADT service because of their inability to solve the faulty alarm problem. New alarm company was able to solve the problem on their first trip by simply replacing the entire smoke alarm sensor, which I gladly paid for. Now ADT wants $659.49 as a cancellation fee .
