Patrick H. says: They made us 24 hours late due to a faulty aircraft, they could have switched that day and gotten us out before the storm locked us in. Then they BLAMED IT ON THE WEATHER !
Had to eat meals on our own and find our own room for the night for 3 of us. Their service line was over 400 people and very LONG, so we did not spend the night in line to get nothing. They told us on the plane that all hotels were booked up already.
They made a small offer for our troubles and even the next day, the 3 of us had to sit in different parts of the plane, after they said our reservation was set for the next day and we would be put together. THEY LIED !

Kelly N. says: I feel safe when I fly with United. However the flight attendants can be overloaded. I am glad they are listening to the customers and serving snacks again. My biggest complaint is the plane seats are too crammed together. I think that the incident that happened to me might not have been possible with bigger seats and more oversight by the crew.
