Over a 3 month term. I started their service cycle 11/01/2021, then ended their cycle 01/31/2022. Each of these months 400.00 was charged, during month 1 I was double charged, attempting to make a phone call and email to look into the issue I was concerned of I received no response. During the 3 month term I tried every way to make contact with this company, no response. They charged me 2325.00

Richard P. says: Contractors beware of Home Advisor !!! They will scam you, about thier screened leads, & customers ready to hire, Just a bunch of shoppers looking for a free estimate. All Home Advisor wants to do is bombard you with junk leads & run up your monthly bill. Example & I have many / I paid for a lead , when I arrived for the estimate the owner said he had to discuss it with his wife first. Never heard from him again. ( AR James Contracting )

Lou B. says: For someone LOOKING for a professional or many professional for a job or just price quote this is a deal because YOU are not charged. But for the professional? They are charged even if it is just to see if the customer gets responses. You are charged even if another professional wants to know if you recommend that THEY sign up with HomeAdvisor. The price they charge you is always different. If you are the ONLY one doing that sort of JOB you are charged full price....again, even if it is just an inquiry from another professional or if that customer is price shopping. If you are planning on signing up with HA have a deep pocketbook! Good luck with their PRO support...you will get the run around. NOTHING i clear with them. HA all bout the customer NOT the Professional. VERY unjust!
