Lois L. says: Sears management and customer service is a joke. They are rude and can't answer a simple question. They do not return calls, no one from sears returns calls. They do not stand behind their products or name. I would not recommend them to anyone. I will never step into a sears store again. I have been in customer service business for over 35 years and never in my life have I treated a customer the way I was treated. Even the corporate office do not return calls. SEARS IS NOTHING BUT A JOKE

Rick W. says: Most of their products are great. The techs who service them are great. But the scheduling of getting a tech out to repair once or even multiple times on same product is ridiculous. It took from September of 2016 to February 2017 to get my frig fixed correctly.

Phil P. says: Headquarters was not at all interested in helping me even to return my lawnmower back after they refused to honor the warrantee. The local sears, after several months, finally repaired it without charge on their own.
