Beverly C. says: I was under the impression that I was to have a bi-monthly treatment. I was told by the Rep that I could cancel in 30 days if not happy. Said NOTHING about a contract. I was surprised that they would not start spraying until I returned home. I had an adult on the premises. I was asked to place credit card in small machine outside door. Thinking it was for 1 treatment, I signed. They sprayed and bugs started coming in and ants (I have not had ants in 38 years with antimite). They returned after my calls and put poison on the sink. I told them that I did not want them to continue. They advised me that I had signed a year contract and SENT ME A COPY of what I had signed on their little credit card machine. I advised them that I had not been told it was a contract, and I was told about the 30 days to terminate. They advised me that it would be $272.00. They billed and rebilled. I cancelled the credit card with $192,00 balance on their so called "contract". They turned me over to collection. I then checked YELP and they had horrible reviews. They are a scam,!!! Don't ever use them...Horrific!
