January B. says: My complaint with Ashley was resolved after a long arduous effort; It could have been resolved sooner but they chose to drag it out. They found out that I'm no quitter. Their "no return" no refund/exchange" policy is a major problem especially if the customer is spending a great deal of money in the store. I had to go through the corporate office before I obtained a level of professionalism and respect. However, I would recommend Ashley Furniture Home Store to my worst enemy: my nosey, duplicitious next door neighbor.
