I went back in the Rep told me that he could get me into the car, I said ok, I got some good new You don't need a co-signer, ask the time I mention the payment he said after keeping the car for 6 month you can refinance the car for lower payment. That did not happen because Acura Finacial would not me refinance the car. I gave them $1500.00 down several months later I went into full retirement. that went my payment was a little more of what I could take . I ask an attorney of what I should do , the attoney mention at that time I was looking for HELP. The attoreny try to do a Bankrupcty an chapter 13, which was a big mess and the attorney knew that at that time that the only thing should have been done is try to get out of the car deal which should not taken place. The income was a fix income and the car was $27,000 & and the income was only $19,000.00. The question is WHY would any dealership do that to a customer.
I have paid money to the Trustee for the past due amount to Acuar Financial services and now Acura Financial Service wants the car back and I wold like to get my money back on a messed up transaction completed by Acura Financial Services. I know I can't keep the car , but I would like to have the money I put into this the and I have requested an amount of the the charge off amount and how much money did they get from the Trustee on the CHAPTER 13 tht was filed and dismissed, the credit is damage.
