Claimant says: "I made hotel reservations through Priceline, but when I checked the hotel, it did not have the amenities I had requested. I called the next day to cancel(it was plainly stated on the hotel website that changes and cancellations are free through Priceline). I called Priceline and they refused to cancel, even after I went through 3 levels of customer service. I simply want my $187. 00 back for the reservation they refused to cancel. My attempt to cancel was three days prior to my arrival date.”
