Hector called me repeatedly to find out if he could help in any way with the permit and getting my door installed. I finally got the permit and the door was scheduled to be installed. 2 installers came; George and another gentleman and it took them about 5 hours to install my door. George told me he would come back once the concrete was dry and patch anything that remained as well as do some patch work on the paint on the house that he chipped while installing the door. I have called NAS doors over a dozen times in the past 45 days and get he same response: George is not in today, he will call you and schedule an appointment, we have you on the schedule for next week, we will call and confirm, i NEVER receive a phone call. NAS doors does not answer my calls anymore because they have caller ID, I call from other phones or block my number so they will answer my call. They are a HORRIBLE company.*” ...Show less »
