At that point I contact my friend to review my purchase and he told me that I had been scammed. I contacted eBay and reported the fraud. Your customer service representative was very skilled at jacking me up w/ your sleazy tactics( assuring customer w/ your phony 100% customer refund guarantee policy) . That's merchant-speak for dragging this on for months on end, hoping customer will give up in despair. Actually,eBay was very prompt in responding,'we don't make exceptions to our refund policy,rules & regulations', REFUND DENIED,CASE CLOSED. The plaintiff notes w/ interest the affinity that these merchants have for using paypal as their go to tool for a money laundering payment center. After debiting my paypal acct(western Union Mastercard), he promptly disappeared under the radar, aided & abetted by eBay management. Western Union has disavowed any financial culpablility for losses stemming from use of their debit card, hence my filing w/ Federal Trade Commission. I'd rather spend time on a free website(FTC) , then spend thousands of dollars in legal fees over a lousy $40. Once this information is submitted to PeopleClaim, it is out of my control how it is desseminated. Memo to Mr. Jones: 'when ripping people off, make sure you don't leave a digital trail.'
