content, or change a rating will, at PeopleClaim's sole discretion, result in an
F regardless of the disposition of any outstanding claims. Higher ratings generally
reflect a business's history of constructively responding to all complaints filed
through our system, or no history of claims filed against them through PeopleClaim.
We're committed to ongoing improvement of the PeopleClaim Reliability Rating system,
and methods and calculations may change without notice.
