According to Sabra's website, if anyone has questions, they should contact Sabra:

"Consumers who have purchased any of these products are urged to dispose of or return it to the place of purchase for a full refund. Consumers with any questions may call toll free 1-888-957-2272, Monday – Friday 9:00AM to 4:30PM Central Time."

If you or anyone has contracted listeria due to the consumption of this product, contacting the company is a first. Though it is not readily stated on their website, I am sure that if you or an individual is infected with listeria due to the consumption of a Sabra Hummus product, medical expenses will be made available.

I think if you were to contact a representative from Sabra's hummus and set up a time to talk them about you contracting Listeria then would be willing to settle on something. The only thing i suggest is that you have all the medical proof to show them that it was really their product that you caught it from. Otherwise it might be your best bet just to ask for a refund for the container you purchased.
