My problem is with fedcap my Husband is on a medical leave of absence to take cake of me because of a disability and he is also sick do to his spinal stenosis and severe high blood pressure and if his job that he gets paid salary for out him out of work why is fedcap forcing him to do a program to which he gets no benefits from so what is he working for

    If his health problems are severe and he is also your caretaker he should be eligible for disability. Hire a disability lawyer to fight the battle for you. Many disability lawyers are free or only get paid if you receive back benefits. Whatever program he's been forced to participate in sounds like typical bureaucratic red tape. Anytime a disability is involved, a disability lawyer is often the only way to get fair treatment.

      My suggestion is that they honor what his doctors have stated before they have a law suit
