I used this product one time it burnt my scalp left gigantic sores on my scalp and made my hair fall out. I contacted the company cancled my monthly order and they continued to send them to me and charge me for them when I called and got the return number needed for the items the continued to send to me and sent them back then they would send me bills and when I would not pay because I sent them back they started calling and harassing me then they turned me over to a collection agency. When I filed with People's claims against them they never replied or made a settlement offer and my hair is so damaged and my scalp so scabbed up because of Wen by Chaz Dean that I can't style my hair or anything. I can't get my hair colored because I can't get the sores fro the product to go away as I am diabetic.

When i ordered my Wen Product i told the sales person i was African American to please make sure i get the correct product for my hair. She stated what she was sending me is what i should us on my hair. When i received the product i read the instructions and i used it my hair started coming out i call a told one of the reps, i was told after i finally got someone to answer , Sorry you was sent the wrong product i will refund you and send you the correct product for African American Hair, I hope that your hair will stop coming out.

I have used Wen products for years i purchased it on QVC as auto delivery so it would come to my home every 6 months. It was very expensive but if it would help my hair i would spend the money on it. I did notice my hair falling out but i thought it was my thyroid problem because i had my thyroid removed. My hair dresser also told me my hair was thinning and that i should go get blood work done which i did and everything came out normal. Now that i am using regular shampoo/conditioner i only see very little hair coming out instead of the pile that was coming out when i was using the WEN. I hope they do something for there customers.

Hair is falling out...head itching and bumps throughout hair... I have bought this product for over 6yrs from QVC and ask to return unused products and was told that they would not take it back if I hadn't purchased it in the last 60days... My hair has fallen out so bad that I hate the thin bald parts when it separates.. I have been taking HAIR, SKIN and NAILS vitamins for a few years and even recently purchased a hair grow system from QVC called a IGROW light system that you put on top of your head for 25min every other day.... I tried doing without hair spray. changed different fragrances of WEN thinking it could be the fragrance that was making my head itch and hair fall out... NOT thinking it could be the WEN cleansing conditioner or hair setting gel and treatments that I have been seeing on QVC for years. When I first saw on TV that there was a problem that it could make your hair fall out, I quit using WEN and started using NEUTROGENA products. Not until I changed did my head stop itching and the bumps go away.. this was about a month ago. I am now waiting to see if my hair will stop falling out... I am so upset at what I have gone through, and am still going through with the thin hair, not knowing if it will grow back.. I would never wish this on my greatest enemy .. I am also upset that QVC will not take this product back..
