Royce G. says: I BOUGHT A BUS TICKET ON 12/23/2022 FOR A 1:30 BUS RIDE FROM DC TO NORFOLK VA TO GET HOME TO BE WITH MY FAMILY GRANDCHILDREN FOR CHRISTMAS. THIS DAY HAPPENED TO HAVE TEMPERATURES IN THE LOWER TEENS WITH HIGH WINDS MAKING THE TEMPERATURE FEEL BELOW ZERO. THE BUS NEVER SHOWED UP AND NO ONE WAS GIVEN AN ADVANCE NOTICE BY PHONE OR TEXT EVEN THOUGH AT THE WANDA COACH WEBSITE - THE CUSTOMER'S TICKET BUYER INFORMATION (EMAIL & PHONE NUMBER) IS GIVEN TO THEM AS YOU PURCHASE YOUR TICKET. SEVERAL OTHER PEOPLE ALSO HAD BOUGHT TICKETS FOR THAT DAY TO THE SAME LOCATION AND WERE STRANDED SINCE THE BUS NEVER ARRIVED. I CALLED WANDA COACH THRU-OUT THE DAY AND THEY NEVER ANSWERED. FINALLY THEY ANSWERED WHEN I CALLED EARLY THE NEXT MORNING. THEY RE-SCHEDULED ME FOR A BUS FOR THE 2ND DAY WHICH WAS 12/24/2022 FOR THE 1:30 BUS FROM DC TO NORFOLK VA AGAIN. ONCE AGAIN, THE BUS NEVER SHOWED UP. THERE WERE 17 OTHER PEOPLE WHO HAD BOUGHT TICKETS THAT DAY AND THEY WERE STRANDED AS WELL. I RECEIVED AN EMAIL THAT ON THE 24TH (THE SAME DAY) THAT THE BUS WAS RE-SCHEDULED TO 7PM THAT SAME DAY. EVERYONE SPENT THE ENTIRE DAY & EARLY EVENING AT THE GAS STATION WHERE THE BUS DRIVER WAS TO ARRIVE TO PICK UP EVERYONE. IT WAS STILL BITTER COLD OUTSIDE WITH TEMPERATURES PLUMMETING BELOW ZERO AND ONCE AGAIN, THE BUS NEVER EVER ARRIVED!!! PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT THIS WAS NOW CHRISTMAS EVE. PEOPLE WERE TRYING TO GET OUT OF THE COLD AND PEOPLE WERE TRYING TO GET HOME TO THEIR FAMILIES. WANDA COACH NEVER EVEN BOTHERED TO NOTIFY ANYONE BY EMAIL, PHONE OR TEXT (AS THEY HAD DONE EARLIER THAT DAY STATING THE BUS WAS LATE AND RE-SCHEDULED TO 7PM). THE BUS NEVER ARRIVED THIS WAS THE 2ND DAY WE HAD BEEN STOOD UP & STRANDED BY WANDA COACH PLUS THEY DIDN'T EVEN HAVE THE DECENCY OR COMMON COURTESY TO ALERT ANY OF THEIR CUSTOMERS WHO HAD BOUGHT TICKETS IN ADVANCE THAT FOR THE 2ND TIME IN 2 DAYS -- THEIR BUS WAS NOT COMING!! SOME PEOPLE WHO WERE STRANDED AT THE STATION HAD NO EXTRA MONEY OR NO WHERE TO GO, SO THEY HAD NO OTHER CHOICE BUT TO STAY THERE AT THE GAS STATION ON CHRISTMAS EVE!!! I LEFT AFTER 9PM THAT NIGHT. WHEN I CALLED ON CHRISTMAS DAY, THERE WAS NO ANSWER. WHEN I CALLED THE NEXT DAY (MONDAY 12/26) FOR A REFUND THEY HUNG UP ON ME EACH TIME I CALLED!!!! WHEN I FINALLY REACHED SOMEONE AND ASKED FOR A REFUND -- THEY HAD THE NERVE TO TELL ME THAT THEY WERE CHARGING ME $10 MORE DOLLARS IF THEY ISSUE A REFUND!!! AT THIS POINT, I LOOKED UP LEGAL INFORMATION FOR THIS COMPANY AND FOUND OUT IT IS NOT PROPERLY REGISTERED WITH THE NEW YORK FEDERAL MOTOR CARRIER SAFETY ADMINISTRATION (FMCSA) NOR DOES IT "appear on the list of companies with intercity bus permit authority

THE BOTTOM LINE IS ..... THIS COMPANY IS BEYOND RUDE, BEYOND INCONSIDERATE, BEYOND GREEDY AND SIMPLY DOES NOT CARE HOW THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS -- AFTER THEY GET YOUR MONEY & LEAVE THEIR PASSENGERS STRANDED!!!! AT THIS POINT, I AM TAKING WANDA COACH TO COURT AND IF ANYONE WOULD LIKE TO JOIN ME IN MY LAWSUIT AGAINST THEM TO SUE FOR THE COST OF BUS TICKETS, HOTEL OVERNIGHT STAY COSTS DAMAGES EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, PLEASE EMAIL ME AT: Harrisgsnt@aol.com. Myrlande K. says: I got to the bus area 30mins before my time schedule which was 9:45pm only to see the bus drive by without stoping then when I call into check if that was the bus The girl acted as if she texted the bus driving and less then a minute she said oh the driver is not responding just wait for the next one at 11:30pm and soon after got into an attitude with me for asking if there’s another bus area that will come soon. Never again many because of the poor customer care experience I had.
