Ruth C. says: Paved access to all lots was written in the Ad for Sierra Springs Community in Murphy NC. We bought 2 LOTS based on Timberwood Development Corp's Ad. We paid for the access road to be paid in the price of the lots. We were told there was money to pave the access road then the money disappeared and we were told there is no money. This access road is our only road out of the development and it is a Mt. Road in poor condition. We bought these lots and had them build our home in 2015 and after numerous requests they never paved the access road. I cannot recommend this company and I would give them a C- Rating.
