Took 3 weeks for me just to talk to someone after I was rear ended while my car sat in storage now there trying to make me pay for the storing charges when it was there fault it sat there so long.on top of that everyone there I've talked to has just been absolutely rude and act like your a problem in there day. I just want what I'm due I'm the victim I didn't ask for all this but secure has just made everything a nightmare. I suggest for anyone that has to deal with them to get a lawyer right away so your not dealing with what I'm going thru
