Art L. says: My experience: Extremely cocky and self-centered owner who outright lies to cover his a$$ after his workers did a mangled job. Jimi, the owner, was too busy expanding his business to pay attention to his customers. Didn't want to pull a permit, and when he finally did he falsified the amount and scope of the job so he wouldn't have to report it to the county and therefore my job wasn't fully inspected. He wrote a vague contract with verbal descriptions only to change those descriptions at a later date. He kept coming up with additional charges. He insisted I had to go through his plumbing vendor who quoted me shockingly higher prices for parts, and charged Jimi far less. Crooked. Jimi said he wouldn't install or guarantee his work with parts that weren't purchased thru his plumbing supply store that he had a deal with and that the same parts at Lowe's were inferior. I even called the manufacturer and confirmed the parts were exactly the same parts I could buy at Lowe's at a much cheaper price, More issues too many to list here.
