Cindy H. says: I love the sun room itself!! Best room in the house!! However, we have been dealing with a leak where the sun room adjoins onto the existing house since the sun room was constructed in 2012. Juranek Construction was out to "fix" the leak twice, each time they got it a bit better, but there is still a leak that has not been taken care of. Juranek Construction seems to think it is coming from the house or something and was there prior, and so we would not have known about it since that had been an outside wall. They asked us to contact a local contractor and get a written proposal/thoughts from him. I did that, they differ and probably are less expensive from Juranek Construction ideas, but I have not heard back from Dale himself. I've texted him the written proposal, texted after that a couple of times, nothing back from Juranek Construction. Dale did come out only after I filed this complaint and asked us what we want him to do ( before which I had contacted them several, several times with hearing nothing back) and I said "fix the leak". "Possibly replace the inside wood in the sun room that the leak stained". Since that time I was able to remove the stain from the wood, applied outdoor deck stain 2 coats to protect the wood so it does not have to be replaced in case this were to happen again before this issue is resolved. I don't like the fact that I have such trouble hearing back from them, and I really don't believe that the leak is due to the original house. Tell us what you are going to do about this! And please take care of it! All of this "hoping we will go away or whatever" still doesn't fix the original problem: THE LEAK!!!!! ( FYI: I was required to pay 50% of the cost up front and when they "were done" the re-mainder 50% was due on the spot. ) Why aren't they standing behind their work? I held up my end of the bargain. Better do some checking around before you hire them.
