Terrible service from the beginning. False and misleading information. No info given about early termination fees let alone a signed contract agreeing to a commitment. Spent hours during several contacts to technical support to no avail. Was unaware of data caps despite informing them of number/type of devices being used daily. During the 30 day period given to cancel data never ran out. Paid for second month and within 1 day my data was half gone. When contacted they then informed me my data was refreshed each day during the first month. Complete scam.

Hughes Net sucks. We have horrible service where we live and cannot connect most of the time. I have spent many hours on the phone with associates of Hughes net, I get passed from one person to another and get disconnected during the calls and get no return call back. I have to call them back and start at the beginning because you can never speak to the person who you were originally speaking with. The new person claims to not be able to find the notes from my previous conversations and do here we go again. I have had multiple troubleshooting on each call and am told we are not receiving good service and then that is usually when the infamous hang up on the customer happens. I have asked multiple times to be cancelled and not be charged the early termination fee because Hughes Net is not able to provide good service where I live and they refuse. So now we are stuck paying monthly for a service that does not work. Horrible company, promising something they cannot provide and not Respecting the customer.
