I have just returned from a holiday at the Gallery Quay Luxury Apartment , Dublin 2 with my partner, which was most disappointing.
Please find below a list of our complaints:
1) The apartment was not luxury as it was advertised
2) The apartment was very very dirty after our 3pm check in, when we complained about the dirt the owner told us it was our fault as we checked in to early.
3) Advertised a private swimming pool, no pool
4) Advertised a separate living room, had an open plan kitchen, living room, diner
5) Chipped glasses and not a full set
6) Mis matched crockery
7) They also say that they have free toiletries but we only found hand cream and shower caps not great for washing your hair

Prepaid reservation made early morning for a hotel in Destin, Florida was found to be worthless. Hotel staff of Wyndham bluntly and rudely declined to honor expedia reservation and expedia had nothing to offer except a refund of my prepayment. We were left in the cold and dark to go find another accommodation in town. Never use expedia. They should not be allowed to do business in Florida. They should not be doing what they cannot effectively do. I could have easily booked directly with the Hotel and not have had a bad day because of Expedia.
