Douglas W. says: Unprofessional, failure to respond to any inquiries, excessive charges for services rendered, failure to comply with verbal and or written request just for starters. It was necessary to get our CPA and new financial adviser involved to retrieve our money, which took months and excessive out of pocket cost. If there were additional five stars above that would reflect a negative satisfaction about this company they would get a (- 5 stars)!
