Claimant says:I contracted and paid $1000 on October 10, 2013 to the Company to fix the leaky roof of my house with one year warranty. The initial and two follow-up services did not solve the problem. I sent a certified letter on April 15, 2014 to the Company asking for following-up service or paying me $500 back by May 3, 2014. There is no response.
