They failed to inform me that the person in front of me was not the person doing my taxes, instead it was a company in another state. During the process they failed to include my S.S. disability payments which in turn has caused me to now owe the I.R.S. $602. I paid good money for a service that was not rendered. Claimant says: "5 Months after i purchased the vehicle i began having problems with the rear of the car shaking and making a noise. Car-Mart sent the vehicle to their garage (Harlan's automotive). According to Car-Mart there was nothing wrong with the vehicle, so i spoke with the mechanic myself and he told me that the Torque Converter was going out in the vehicle.
