I had a yearly eye exam normally paid for by blue cross blue shield, which indicated a cateract. 2. this was the answer to my question why I could not see out of my left eye 3. this doctor reccomended a specialist to examin me as he did he confirmed the cateract and made an appointment for physical and confirmation by my health contract doctor, who did not make the referal! -thus the refusal of bluecross not to pay.”
