After reviewing all the new fees and changing all auto deposits and auto withdrawls we decided to change to Citadel Bank. Things were going smooth until it came to Social Security. I gave S.S. my routing number and account numbers. They said they were not the numbers they had on file. They also said they were not allowed to help me because of security reasons.
