My complaint against SANSU INTERNATIONAL CARGO

Plaintiff
Mr Tan, owner of Sansu, picked up 10 balikbayan boxes (big boxes) on September 2015 from our home here in New York to be delivered to the Philippines and promised that the boxes will be delivered within 45 days. Each box almost would cost $500-700 plus the delivery fees paid for each box. As of to this date, March 12,2016, our loved ones from the Phillipines have NOT received any single box at all. Multiple attempts have been made to contact Mr Tan, no response nor he can not be seen no where else in the addresses that is in their receipt. All addresses that we have tried to investigate or check, was a residential area and the other address in the receipt is a UPS store? Why is that? A big fraud company this SANSU.
So, to the public, let it be a warning for you. Do not deal with this company or you would loose your hard earned money .....

You need to file a complaint with your local FBI! Also, Sansu, if the owner officially had a documented business, you can get all that info at your local business licenses Dept, with the state of NY, maybe even do some of it online through the state. Secondly, how did you find Sansu? DId they have a tele number located somewhere's or an official print ad? This is crucial, because if they had an ad, they would've had to pay for it with the mag/or business lister! Ok, if you can identify this source, you can let the FBI know where you first found the contact info from. Lastly, what type of vehicle did Sansu have when picking up your 10 boxes? List everything you can remember about that pickup day the vehicle and person/persons descriptions in your report to the FBI! Hope this helps you

Some options for next steps – I would suggest that you do a few different things:
file a complaint with the BBB so that the name and the company are out there for others in case they search the internet for them
      * Contact the owner of the UPS store franchise. They should have information from having shipped for him/them
      * If your stuff was shipped UPS, you might file a claim against UPS
      * Contact http://www.ics-shipping.org/shipping-facts/safety-and-regulation/the-regulation-of-international-shipping the international shipping industry is HEAVILY regulated. They will probably be able to assist you in either tracking him down, your stuff, and getting a monetary solution to this situation in addition to taking action against this 'gentlemen' and his company
