meterbase

Plaintiff
I called an electric repair business to reolace a meter base & 30 ft of service wire which should only cost $500.00. they estimated it at $1732.30 under a option 3 what ever that is. electric was off for three days so Ineeded it fix that day, so thinking I was dealing with an honest company i signed a contract invoice with no estimate on it. I wrote a review and they did not like it so they said they were going to get a lawyer. do I have a legal right to file claim for $1300.00 here on pleople claim?
