Public Negotiation

PeopleClaim public mediations with co-plaintiffs are similar to class actions except they're resolved with the help of our community of conflict resolution professionals.

Public mediations with co-plaintiffs may be resolved globally — one offer to all parties — or individually via party-to-party negotiation with each separate claim.

While the goal is to help you find the shortest distance between a problem and its resolution, unresolved public mediations may be referred for formal legal represenatation and class action.

The ONLY way to resolve Identity Theft – File a complaint with the FCC against ATT Wireless:

    https://consumercomplaints.fcc.gov/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=39744

Also, to successfully resolve the identity theft issue involved, first you will need to file a police report with your local police department AND then you will need to complete an Identity Theft Affidavit: (link provided below to download form)

    https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=https://www.consumer.ftc.gov/articles/pdf-0094-identity-theft-affidavit.pdf&ved=0ahUKEwixvdvbgMbRAhUMESwKHenUABEQFgg1MAA&usg=AFQjCNE9vMAJdGumMPy9qhkQOYsVSC9ZaA&sig2=f18cZfD3-FsiSpw0As7FmA

AND then you will need to file complaint with the FTC - Federal Trade Commission (link provided below)

    https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov

Attach your police report to your completed Identity Theft Affidavit. (Make sure to include your FTC Complaint Number in the appropriate field on the Identity Theft Affidavit)

Now you have your Identity Theft Packet. You will have to send a COPY of the Identity Theft Affidavit accompanied by the following letter to ATT Wireless: (link provided below for sample letter to attach to identity theft packet)

    https://www.identitytheft.gov/Sample-Letters/identity-theft-dispute-new-account

Make sure to send copies only and keep all original documents for your records. Make sure to document names of employees you speak with. Dates, times, etc. Keep a log of all communication that takes place whether it's by phone, mail, fax, email.

I know it's a lot, but unfortunately there is no other way to resolve identity theft. I know because I've been a victim of Identity Theft for 13 years. Good Luck!!
