Roger L. says: Their service is extremely shoddy. The promise you the world but as soon as they get your money, customer satisfaction goes out the window. They make promises that they do not fulfil and generally treat you as a failed commodity. I would most certainly strongly urge those who might be considering using the services of X'Libris as their publisher, to carefully reconsider their options to avoid bitter disappointment. Sadly, my negative experience is not isolated but very common with this organisation.
