For the following reasons: 3 failed appointment attempt to correct the panel that is currently not being monitored. I was charged six months for service and my home was not being protected. I was rail road in to signing up with your company. I was told I had 3 days to decide if I wanted to keep the service because i informed the salesmen that my husband was currently working and i need to consult with. And when I called I was told I only had 3 hours to cancel and if I did I was responsible for 60 mos of service totally $2699.40. I was told he lied to me and they are sorry. I was lied to when someone knocked on my door and said did I hear about the serious of break in, in the neighborhood. It was a lie. So far I have paid 6,478.56 in monthly payment that was taking out of my account automatically.
