Claimant says:I purchased a 2002 dodge minivan handicapped, as is. They did not tell me the van was rusted out on bottom of van, I took it to a handicap shop to have e lock moved to a new place. The dealer said he would not drive it, it was dangerous to drive. I asked victory to take it back, he said you bought as is.
