This company is by far the most non-professional business I've ever dealt with, they never returned any of my phone calls. When I did talk with Crystal, "manger", that promised if I emailed them an email with my complaints, she would refund my money the next day. That was over a month ago. David, the agent, that sold me the plan, said he checked their list and my dentist was on it, so I didn't check, I trusted him. My dentist had never heard of this company. I ask David 2 or 3 times about whether this was insurance or a discount plan, he kept assuring me it wasn't a discount plan, not once did he say club meant samething as discount. He chose his words very carefully. Don't know how the value of this plan would be, I could not find anyone who would accept it. I am 100% dissatisfied. If had I could, I would like to see this company closed down so they could not rip off anyone else. They haven't got any feeling. They owe me $189.99.
