Jamie H. says: University Woods has provided me a beautiful home, at a great price for the size and amenities. My children and I have loved having such a nice pool to swim in . Any maintenance issues we have had have been handled quickly, and the office staff has always been friendly, professional and made this community feel like home from the minute I walked in to inquire about an apartment home.

Renea A. says: No one gets out of there with their Refundable deposit...they make things up on move out that you cannot prove. I took over 50 photos of how clean my apt was and they still claimed the toilet was slightly dirty...$12.50 charge, claimed the blinds were broke pics to prove they were not. They total misc stupid things till they reach your amount. The water bills are rigged also. On months I traveled for work and no water used my bill was $31. Then it would go from 24-17-31. Others noticed it as well. Came home to 3 people in my apt to change a light fixture. Front staff comes off as nice and caring but will be nasty as can be if you look at her wrong. It looks nice till you get in there I would not recommend it to anyone!!! Scammers

    Claimant says:My apartment was cleaner then when I moved in and I was told I would get my deposit of $250 back when I moved. they nickel and dimed me for all kinds of stupid little things I have pictures to prove otherwise. they included my waterbill as unpaid even though they cashed a check with that amount included and written on the check. I want my $250.
