TRACFONE IS NOT HONORING THEIR 1 YEAR WARRANTY ON THE SAMSUNG PHONE I BOUGHT FROM THEM. It went bad in the first 6 months. they insisted on sending me a refurbished phone, would not save my phone number so I could use it on another phone, and would not give me credit for the unused minutes for calls and texts. I have been working on this for 2 months now. Notified BBB, posted on Yelp, notified a TV station, sent a registered letter to the CEO. I don't know what more one can do.

TracFone owes me money,bought a time card and thought I was adding mins to my phone.
Not knowing the phone had expired.Tried to get the mins back to ad to another phone.
After complaining and wanting my mins back,I was told that the mins I had,had already been assigned to my previous phone which had expired and would not get them back.
Bottom line was, who ever has my previous number recvd. free mins that I paid for.
In my eyes this is a theft of my money.
All I wanted was for them to add the mins back to my new phone,and they refused.
They are a bunch of THEIFS, CON"S and ripping people off.
They stole from me.

because they are a bunch of crooks they take your money and seen junk and when you ask for a refund they give you a 4 month run around then tell you they didn't receive product back after they open package and tell you they got serial number from phone then tell you they will not give refund do to no phone in box they lie and steal and they don't hesitate to take your hard earned money and they cant speek English and they don't care
