Stephanie H. says: After the initial fiasco turning a simple break job into a $1300 and over 7 visits issue due to incompetency, I tired to resolve the issues. They did eventually pay to have it fixed at the dealership. However, I was told by a rep that they would pay for my car rental while the car was getting fixed. They lied to me so many times on the phone that i requested any communication be made in email. They stopped all contact at that point. I was never paid for the car rental as they agreed that they would pay. Therefore, I do not consider the issue resolved.
