Lou M. says: Sold me upholstery for my wheelchair, did not fit. Charged me to return it. Made me pay shipping took 3 months to issue refund of only 20% of what I paid in total and will resell the items I returned. Do not do business with Betty Mills Company unless you want chiseled out of your money with nothing to show for it!
