Shubh G. says: This business is fraudulent and will run away with your money. It's not SEC/FINRA-registered and yet its business practices are what only SEC/FINRA-registered advisory firms are legally allowed to do. This firm has no regard for laws and you would be jeopardizing the legal status of your business if you raise money through them on 'success fee'-based terms.
