Jacquelyn A. says:
These people have been reviewed as selling dangerous wrecks online with "doctored" photos. I waas very naive and took them at face value because they were allegedly Orthodox Jews devout in their faith. But the Torah is VERY clear about not misrepresenting items for sale. They posted the fraudulent ad that I saw. They lied in text messages and in person, especially their mechanics. They did not do a Title Transfer from the person they bought this from to them violating Florida Statute 319.22. They forged the name, address and signature of this person too violating Florida 319.33. They pressured and lied to me for hours to buy this car. They knew it was dangerous to drive and not anywhere near the KBB advertised. They had me pay their mechanic so they could say it was a "private" sale even though they advertised it, they filled out the paperwork, it was on their sales lot and the paperwork was done in their office. I asked for refund within one hour but was denied. I said it had engine problems but they lied again saying it was "just a sensor." They had bought it from the other party knowing it needed a 3d head gasket repair or replaced engine. I had no idea that it was dangerous to drive from a wreck they never told me about. I have a Cert Mech's Eval and I was right that it had engine problems. Since no proper Title Transfer was done I had no address for their so-called Seller. I had to go through their ad on a used car website to even find out about the car. They had a 225,000 mile difference between the Title and Odometer Reading so it's most likely Odometer Fraud too. At any time driving home I could have been killed or killed somebody else due to the poor condition it was in. Cosmetically it looked fine. They knew it had been in a wreck and had leaking power steering hoses along with loose right tierod, needed an upper and lower motor mount replacement, had major engine problems made worse by the leaking coolant hoses and adapter, the oil dipstick couldn't be checked for oil because it was squashed into the oil chamber. The manifold cover was broken, it needed a new battery, windshield wipers (which flew off in a rainstorm leaving me unable to see--another dangerous condition where I could have been killed or killed somebody). It overheated the whole way home so obviously not a sensor. They are wearing religious clothing pretending to be "devout" while totally misrepresenting cars for sale online, lying to people's faces in person. One of their locations had its license suspended in July 2016 because of these same kinds of things. I was fooled by their so-called religious faith. They failed to put the FTC-mandated Buyer's Guide in the window showing the car's condition. I only agreed to "as is" after both their mechanics had lied to me. It's why I demanded refund within one hour. I never saw the Title before paying which was in somebody else's name whom I didn't buy it from. They are greedy criminals who will do anything to make a buck even if it kills somebody in the process. I would have been charged with Manslaughter if I'd killed somebody. Then their Surety Bond Claims Adjuster changed the Carfax to remove the wreck it had been in for which there is a 2013 Police Report re Crash. She removed that it had been a fleet car. She changed the actual miles to something it doesn't have. They told me to pay their mechanic so they wouldn't have to fix things under their 30-day warranty. They knew the poor condition the car was in and that it wasn't worth anywhere near what they had said it was worth. I needed a reliable car that would last me for years not a dangerous wreck which lasted approximately 3 days. These people should have their license permanently suspended. They speak in a foreign language so you don't know what they are saying. Then I took it to an alleged military-owned garage who stole the car repair money, stole my shotgun and did credit card fraud after raping and re-raping me. I never would have met this person if the car had not been acting up so badly. I am unable to go to the store, pharmacy, doctor, vet, social gatherings or church because the car is totally undriveable. I had to tow it both ways to the Cert Mech to get his evaluation. I had wanted an outside mechanic to look at the car before I bought it but they refused. They said all kinds of excuses. I had flown down there totally unprepared for this to be a major fraud after seeing their online ad and text messages. They are crooked liars and I wouldn't trust anything they say. Don't be fooled by their so-called faith. It's just a bunch of baloney to get people to think they're honest when they're not. Both of their mechanics are no better than they are. They have been reported to numerous organizations. What is even more disgusting is that they forged a guy's name who had been honest about its mechanical problems when he sold it to two of the car dealership's mechanics. He thought they were going to fix it up which is why he sold it so inexpensively. This is one of the worst experiences I've ever had in my life. I hope to somehow get my money back, money for the emotional distress they caused me, and punitive damages for putting my life and other people's lives in danger. Stay away from BOTH their Hollywood, FL and Ft. Lauderdale, FL locations. If you do get fooled by them keep everything from their online ad to anything in writing. They even didn't put their car dealership's name on the Bill of Sale after their mechanic pressured me to buy it constantly lying. This shows premeditated planning to totally defraud somebody. Then when the Buyer finds out after he gets the Title the whole thing is a fraud they blame somebody else and refuse a refund even if asked for within one hour of purchase like I did. BUYER BEWARE!!!
