Claimant says:A general contractor hired a sub contractor master electrician who laid wire from my house to front gate in the ground without conduit protective covering for wires. the work was incompetent. Gate stopped working so after. Job was done apparently without permit. The job cost $2740. I told contractor about problem. He has not gotten back to me.
