Vince R. says: poor service very very poor customer support grand promises with zero follow thru about the only thing they do quickly is uncharge billing for services promised but not delivered We pay for their highest speed package but average between 400 kbps and 2 mbps IF there was another option we and I speak for EVERYONE I know who has rise broadband would dump them quick. They are indeed the slumlords of ISP's
