Emily N. says: They double charged me directly billing me and also charged me by sending another bill to my building management which get charged to my monthly maintenance without disclosing it and after I was double charged for 6 months and paid in full I realised the scam was going on and decided to cancel my service which then they charged me a huge cancellation fee and refuse to refund my double charged amount ! Send the cancellation fee to collection agency when I refused to pay and ruin my credit by lowering more than 100 point! When I dispute on people claim they send me email apologising and saying that they will remove the collection amount for cancellation fee and after 1 year still not removing it! They only promise client things they will not do! The worst internet cable company I ever had!

    Claimant says:I had no internet or telephone service for 38 days. My 4 tv boxes, 2 worked and 2 didn't. A technician came and 2 times to make the problem worse. They said the cable was broken underground. Some one I know got all the TV's working and 2 weeks later got everything working. The technician had pulled out boosters and cables and didn't hook things up
