Fredde Y. says: The answer they gave to satisfy me was the same answer that upset me. They (R & B) will not take care of the problem, they want me to bring a sofa I bought much less than a year ago to them and they will have the Manufacturer pick it up and repair it, then I can come to their store and pick it up. That is not R & B taking care of it.
