Mashawn K. says: We meet with Les Stone to inquire about a sunroom addition to our home on July 13,2015. We signed an agreement to have RAMCO do our sunroom. Grant it took a while to get out HOA to approve it but we were given the all clear in Oct due to the fact RAMCO had to find a company to do the roof of the sunroom by the HOA CODE. They did not start our sunroom until December 2015. As of today, May 19,2016 our room is still not completed. We have had to contact a Attorney & the Better Business Bureau to get them to respond and speed up the work. We have been given the run around with this company and charge a ridicious amount money to have this room built. The concrete floor has lumps and bumps in it and the brick base around the room is very tacky. Some of the grout is one finger wide between the bricks and some are more than two fingers wide. There is one area in the corner wall that they just packed cement instead of cutting small bricks to fit in the space. All and all a very unprofessional job for the amount of money and the time it has taken to do this. Les never revealed that he hires contractors to do his work and they are often tired up on other jobs. Most of them has told us they will not do anymore work for him in the future. I DO NOT RECOMMEND RAMCO TO DO ANY WORK FOR ANYONE.
