James C. says: I put my truck in a pep boys shop because it needed some work on the fuel injectors, which had already been checked by a professional.I was told I did not need work on the fuel injectors . I needed a new engine ,it had mud in the engine.the truck had been driving well up until this point, all of a sudden it needed a new engine I paid for the engine and when I got the truck out it was shaking and the check engine light was still on they said bring it back and the would reset it.I took it back to the shop at this point they told me they could not locate the reason the light (engine light ) was on but it might be the fuel pump why would they fuel pump if they could not determine the cause of the light being on.A new fuel pump cost over $750.00 .the light is still on .I took the truck to a mechanic to check the light it was number three cylinder not firing ,same engine new engine they installed which cost me over $3500.00.I want go as far to call these guys crooks but they took advantage of a senior citizen. I cannot get new tags until this matter has been resolved .I am requesting some feed back and help in getting my truck repaired.the shop was on McGinnis Ferry Rd. my contact info callicutt77@yahoo.com James callicutt 3233048338 would appreciate any thing you can do before this matter goes any farther Thank You
