Morgan P. says: Please beware of this couple. They seem friendly in the beginning, but after hiring them to do a job and then showing them all the things they missed, they became unhinged. Brandon slammed his car door and started cussing, claiming they did an amazing job and Parri got defensive saying no one has ever told them they missed anything before. I pointed out tons of things that were not done or done poorly and Brandon acted rude and threatening saying he would pull his power washer back out and rip my fence apart and then demanded his money and said pay us now and never hire us again. They were extremely agitated at the fact that I wanted the job I hired them to do, to be done correctly. They also said they would do the gutters, but of course when I asked why the gutters were not completed they claimed they never said that was part of the deal and yet the gutters are listed in writing in our communication back and forth. I ended up going ahead and paying them to avoid anything crazy from happening. Brandon got extremely aggressive. Their behavior was absolutely shocking. I did write them a check and then they demanded cash, but I told them after the way they behaved, I needed to make sure I have documentation to show proof I paid them. That made them upset and Parri said you better not cancel this check as soon as we drive away. Brandon then said “oh, she won’t cancel that check, because we know where she lives and we wouldn’t want anything to happen.” I’ve learned my lesson. You get what you pay for and in this case you pay and get nothing but the most unprofessional behavior you’ve ever witnessed. Save yourself the trouble and do not let this couple do any work for you. They are so desperate for money that they give you such a cheap price and then screw you over and turn hateful. They claim to have 100’s of great reviews and claim to have tons of references, yet they haven’t been able to provide me with any of these either.
