Barbara W. says: 3 months after we bought our glass fireplace I called Scot to tell him the pilot light would not stay on. He would do NOTHING. I went in there to talk sense to him i.e. there has to be a warranty after only three months and he still would not do anything. I wound up so upset after trying to reason with him that I did raise my voice -- so that the customer that was in the store would hear and hopefully not buy anything there. I should have checked NAF ratings on the net which is F everywhere. There are other fireplace stores that have As and Bs. Don't waste your time or money at North Atlanta Fireplace!
